COVID-19 Precautions

Since the reopening of osteopathic services in Quebec, the clinic has taken all precautions to respect the protocols issued by the l'Institut National de Santé Publique (l'INSPQ). 

In addition, Amelia has completed the online course in Hygiène et Salubrité en Clinique offered by des soins personnels Quebec and recommended by la CNESST (Commission des normes, de l'équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail) and l'Association des Ostéopathes Ritma.

Please communicate with us before your appointment if you have any of the following symptoms: 

  • new or worsening cough.

  • shortness of breath or difficulty breathing.

  • temperature equal to or over 38°C.

  • feeling feverish.

  • chills.

  • fatigue or weakness.

  • new muscle or body aches that could be attributed to flu like symptoms.

  • new loss of smell or taste.

  • headache

  • gastrointestinal symptoms (abdominal pain, diarrhea, vomiting)

  • feeling very unwell

In addition you must call the government line for Coronavirus: 1-877-644-4545

Please come to the appointment on time and unaccompanied

(except for minors and eldery with reduced mobility).


Please bring a mask and wear it upon arrival.


Please wash your hands (onsite) for 20 seconds with soap and water upon arrival and at the end of the consultation. 

Please respect breathing and coughing etiquette 


Cough into your elbow or a kleenex and wash your hands immediately afterward. 

All surfaces are disinfected before and after every consultation. 

The therapists mask and shirt are changed after every consultation upon the protocol of the l'INSPQ
